The information contained within this site is meant as a guide only. It does not serve to replace a though examination by a dental surgeon. Smilestrips contain 6% peroxide and therefore currently can only be purchased through a dental professional in the UK.

It is not recommended to bleach your teeth if you're pregnant or nursing. We recommend that you see your dentist in the weeks prior to starting your course of whitening and ensure that no other dental concerns are present. These are not always obvious to the user, so if in doubt consult your physician or dentist before use. With the purchase of our product you agree and understand this disclaimer and accept personal liability with the use of all Smilestrip products. This disclaimer is repeated in your order confirmation email to ensure you have read this and is also referred to on our product information page. You agree the following:

• You do not have loose or decayed teeth or periodontal disease (gum disease)
• You are not pregnant or lactating
• You do not have loose crowns, veneer or bridgework
• You acknowledge that this product will not whiten dental work i.e. crowns, veneers fillings and bridges etc
• Smiles by James Ltd cannot be held responsible, economically or in any other way, for any inconvenience caused by this product or misuse of it
• Smilestrip products should not be used by anyone under the age of 12
• You are not allergic to the active ingredients in the product. You accept that peroxide may cause some sensitivity during its use, which generally disappears after 4-5 days

Returns Policy
We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK and comply with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000" Regulations. Provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery*. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact Smiles by James Ltd within 28 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund and we will arrange collection at our own expense. Smiles by James Ltd reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
